I have already sent in a complaint had a couple of replies but now they have stopped. So again really disappointed I have brought a few things from yourselves as gifts as I do love your products but I would of thought I’m not the only one to complain about the personalisation and I would of thought that you as the company would have rectified the writing when doing a name on items where it doesn’t look like the child’s name and chose different fonts and I know you keep coming back to me saying you have to preview it before you purchase it but to be honest all I did was make sure it’s spelt the name correct and I didn’t expect it to look like DANCIE instead of DARCIE how can an R be like a N
I’m totally gutted as it was a gift and she doesn’t want to use it.
