When I originally bought the water bottle it wasn’t quite right and the water didn’t completely come through the valve. I reached out to JBØRN to get a replacement and their customer service was excellent - they sent me a video to help me determine the issue (very quickly after I reached out to them) and they eventually sent me a new lid very quickly.

Considering it is less than a year old and we have told you of the problem with the gushing spout when closed for an hour or do Rarely used for our granddaughter. I think charging £4.95 for postage outrageous . No guarantee???? Won’t buy again . Love your products but never again.

Do not buy this lid - both lids in this colour leak.

This is such a necessity with little ones who throw/drop their water bottles as the plastic pieces of the lid can break. Super helpful to have a back up lid & not to have to buy an entirely new bottle

Great bottle , my son loves it

Loving the new matte design and coloured cap and straw.
These bottles are great and last a very long time.
I was very happy when they came back in to stock and the new design was a nice chnage.

Ive bought the replacement lids for the water bottles, which theyre great , good quality and it was quick delivery. Second order I had a bit of a issues but they email me back straight away and they made things right. Thank you so much, very happy with my purchase.
