It is totally an undesirable shopping experience.
I ordered two times for night glow pacifier, one for cream night glow, and I was notified and refunded without receiving my reply. One for Croissant night glow, which I was again notified out of stock after placing the order and I have even double confirm with the customer service online chat box before placing the order.

I was again and again receiving out of stock notification after I successfully placing the order. Your website is not updated and your customer service enquiries is not updated too,

The item has exceeded my expectations - it is made from a lovely material and I had my dummy clip adjusted (the colour of one bead on each side - the seller awarded my request without any issues.
All of my friends praise the look of the item and most importantly it does the job of keeping dummy in place! Pastel colours are lovely - they go really well with variety of outfits; engraving adds a cute personal touch to the item. The item was dispatched very quickly and arrived within three days from placing an order. Overall, very happy with the item, would buy again!
