Went above and beyond for me! I received my order and noticed the actual wooden clip was slightly worn looking/marked I wasn't sure with this being wood if it was suppose to look like this so I contacted the team who advised they had a couple like this in the batch and they would send me a new one out, I only expected to receive the wooden clip however received a completely new order!
