Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on your country and the shipping method selected. Please refer to the shipping rates at checkout for estimated delivery information.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost. If you choose not to pay for reshipment, please note that personalised products are non-refundable in accordance with applicable laws.

Please also ensure that the email address provided is correct so you can receive shipping and tracking updates. In some cases, parcels may be left in a safe location or with a neighbour.

International Shipping 

When purchasing from outside the UK, please note that your package may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing an order.

With Standard Shipping, your parcel will arrive at your nearest post office or collection point. You’ll get an SMS or email. 
Please track your order and collect it promptly - uncollected parcels (after ~14 days) may be returned to us.

Delays & Lost Packages 

We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, and we always do our best to resolve them. However, Postal & Courier services do occasionally experience unexpected delays, especially for international shipments.

Please note:

We can only issue a refund or send a replacement if your order has not arrived after the following timeframes (counted from the due delivery date):

  • UK: 10 working days

  • Europe: 20 working days

  • Rest of the World (including USA): 25 working days

These timeframes are based on official guidelines from both Royal Mail and DHL. Before this period has passed, the parcel is still considered in transit and not officially lost - therefore, we are unable to process refunds or replacements until after these dates.
