BIBS Infinity

Hello,
I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled.
My order has still not arrived, and for the past two weeks I have been repeatedly

I have already waited far too long. At this point, I am no longer willing to continue waiting without an answer.
I am requesti

nd do not want to continue chasing you2. Issuing a full refund for my order.
Please confirm as soon as possible which option you will be providing. I expect this matter to be handled promptly
ar customer service for a response.
