Order Processing:
1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on your country and selected shipping method - see rates below.

Please ensure that you provide the correct address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost. If you do not wish to pay for reshipment, please be aware that, according to the law, we are not obligated to refund personalised products.

International Shipping 

When purchasing from outside the UK, please note that your package may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

With Standard Shipping, your parcel will arrive at your nearest post office or collection point. You’ll get an SMS or email. 
Please track your order and collect it promptly - uncollected parcels (after ~14 days) may be returned to us.

Delays & Lost Packages 

We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, and we always do our best to resolve them. However, Postal & Courier services do occasionally experience unexpected delays, especially for international shipments.

Please note:

We can only issue a refund or send a replacement if your order has not arrived after the following timeframes (counted from the due delivery date):

  • UK: 10 working days

  • Europe: 20 working days

  • Rest of the World (including USA): 25 working days

These timeframes are based on official guidelines from both Royal Mail and DHL. Before this period has passed, the parcel is still considered in transit and not officially lost - therefore, we are unable to process refunds or replacements until after these dates.
