To begin this process, please email us a spreadsheet that contains the shipping addresses (columns for Name, Address, City, State, Zip). Add in additional columns to indicate which gifts should each recipient receive and what their gift note should say.

Personalization baby products is an individual choice. We offer that option to our customers as we believe that personalizing a products creates a intimate touch.

Other than that, personalizing your products also reduces the chances of a misunderstanding or swaps with others, creating a item identity of your own.

We offer most items in presentable and giftable packaging. You may wish to purchase our 🎁gift box which will enhance the look of the gift.

Yes. We do not use any plastic related packaging. Our packaging is made of 100% recyclable materials, with padding made of recycled paper.

Help us save the environment by recycling our packaging.

Shipping

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days.

Based on your delivery country and address, our carriers have different shipping times. To get the most accurate delivery time, key in your delivery information in our checkout page.

To track your order, check the tracking number in your confirmation email after order has been shipped.

Head to our tracking order page and key in either of the following

1. Order Number + Email/Phone Number

2. Tracking Number.

Once you have keyed in your information, click the track button and our systems will direct you to the status of your delivery.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, do contact us and we will re-send you your confirmation email with tracking number.

Depending on the courier your order has been shipped with, the tracking link might not be active in the first 2 business days. You are always welcome to contact us should you have any questions.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and we will get back to you.

Your package could have been sent back to us due to these reasons:

1) no one was at the delivery address during the attempt of a delivery

2) the package was not collected from a parcel shop within the given
time frame

3) the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete.

Contact us, stating your situation and we will try our best to assist you.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Personalised items are not returnable unless the items are defective or misdescribed.

To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Personalised items are not refundable unless the items are defective or misdescribed.

Customers are not required to return defective or incorrectly personalized products that are eligible for a refund; these items may be discarded at your discretion.
