Care Instructions:
- Wash by hand using warm water and a soft sponge or bottle brush
- Dry thoroughly after cleaning
- Hand wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher or expose to high heat, as this may cause warping or damage to the finish.

- Please note: Stainless steel bottles can react to temperature changes. Exposure to hot or cold environments (such as dishwashers or fridges) may cause slight expansion at the base, which can affect how the bottle sits on flat surfaces.

Very poor quality. Bottle broke after a couple of uses. The lid came off and my some almost choked on it.

I purchased the flask as a gift for my grandson, a few days after it arrived. When he opened it there was a dent at the front of it, when I emailed the company a person called olga responded with an abrupt response stating there was nothing she could do as it was accidental damage. Damage that clearly happened before it was boxed. I would not recommend clearly cheaply made and they do not respond well to their customers.

After receiving your claim, we reviewed our production and dispatch records. As this bottle was personalised on our premises, it was handled and inspected during production, and our records show it left us in good condition. We also reviewed the courier's delivery photograph, which shows no visible damage to the parcel at the time of delivery.
The order was delivered on 29 May, and we were first contacted regarding the dent on 3 June. Based on the evidence available to us, we could not conclude that the damage was present when the item left our premises and therefore were unable to accept liability for the damage.
We take pride in the quality of our products and customer service, and we're sorry we were unable to reach the outcome you were hoping for.

Really bad quality. First day and already scratched and dented at the bottom :( not happy at all. Not worth it. Should’ve gone with a known brand like my first years.

I can’t explain how beautiful this water bottle is. The quality is amazing. I chose the poppy flowers one for my baby girl and I’m in love. I love that I had the possibility to add the whole name. Usually you can add maximum 6 characters. I will definitely buy again from this company. Thanks xx

When we received the bottle the lid or straw wasn’t working and we couldn’t get any water to come out. The team at Jborn were excellent and sent a replacement lid straight away. My daughter is very happy now. She love her new bottle. Great product and great customer service.
