The cream backpack was delivered and I noticed that it had grey stains on the top. I’ve emailed the Jborn but still no answer. I’ve ordered from here before but won’t be doing so in the future.

Lovely product, wish it was packaged a bit better like the other products, a nice box that gets shown in other pictures would’ve been better than just in a normal box.

Well made bag. Blush colour is lovely. Just the right size to pack a few baby essentials, with pockets either side and a generous front pocket. Straps lengthen enough for me to carry. Big enough, but compact for a little one to carry for nursery. Personalised name gives a unique look and neatly done. Quick reply when I asked about dimensions, which are, 30x24x13cm.

The bag is very cute but my baby has quite a short name and I chose the calligraphy font. It doesn’t look intentional as the writing is very thin, even though I chose a high contrast in colours. I would suggest displaying more pictures so that people can get a better gauge of what it will look like.
